Training Programs
Upon employment with Woods Services, you will be required to complete a
customized Orientation Program based upon your job responsibilities. Orientation
is facilitated by our on-campus Employee Training Department.
The experienced, professional staff in our Training Department will make you feel welcome and prepare you to perform the job for which you were hired. The Orientation Program will provide the foundation for your new position and will give you the information you need to be successful.
Many programs at Woods require current employees to complete specified training hours throughout the year. In addition to training provided by your own department on an annual basis, the Training Department offers a variety of In-Service days and other relevant training courses to meet these needs. An Employee Training Catalog that lists course descriptions and schedules is distributed on a quarterly basis.
