Summer 2010 marks Camp Joy’s 36th season as a special needs camp for kids and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, brain injury, and neurological disorders. Located in the wooded hills of Schwenksville, Camp Joy's year-round recreational services include Summer Camp, Adventure Camp, and Weekend Getaways in the fall and spring.
A non-profit organization, Woods relies on donations and volunteer support from family, friends, businesses, organizations, and foundations to generate sufficient resources to enhance programs and services for those in our care.
The proceeds from the Woods Services Foundation Golf Classic enable the organization to enhance the Camp Joy facilities and programs in order to enrich the camp experience for children and adults with special needs.
