Dawn M. Diamond, MS – CEO
Ms. Diamond is a seasoned professional with a broad range of work experiences both at Woods and with other organizations. In her current role, she is responsible for driving Woods forward and inspiring a culture that embraces change. She is responsible for providing leadership, management and execution of Woods’ residential services, Beechwood NeuroRehab, Support Services, Vocational Services, and Healthcare Services.
Ms. Diamond started her career at Woods in 1997 as the Director of Quality Improvement for the Crestwood Program. In addition she has worked in program support services and business development while at Woods. Ms. Diamond holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from Salisbury State University in Salisbury, Maryland.
Tinesha Banks, DrPH, MPH – Executive Vice President/Chief Quality & Performance Officer
Dr. Banks comes to Woods with a Doctorate in Public Health and over two decades of experience in executive leadership roles which includes her most immediate past role as the President & CEO of Tabor Services, a Woods affiliate centrally located in Philadelphia. In her role at Woods, Dr. Banks is responsible for helping the organization better understand its data and how to use that data to drive organizational decision-making and enhance performance. She will do this by working in partnership with teams across the organization to look at macro and micro data points that improve or detract from organizational performance.
Dr. Banks received a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master’s in Public Health from Temple University, and a bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Albany.
Dr. Stephen J. Kolesk – Vice President for Medical Affairs and Managed Care/Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Kolesk, a N.J. family physician for two decades, who later had a distinguished career as a hospital administrator with Virtua Memorial Hospital and Virtua Health in Marlton, N.J., oversees Woods’ population health management strategy, which includes the integration of primary and specialty care with behavioral health, and becoming a specialized patient-centered medical home in Pa. and N.J. He also oversees Woods’ health care professionals at the Medical Center at Woods in Langhorne to ensure the on-going delivery of quality care to the individuals Woods serves.
In addition, Dr. Kolesk guides the launch and expansion of Woods’ primary care centers in N.J. in partnership with Woods’ affiliate, Legacy Treatment Services, as well as collaborations with N.J. hospitals and medical centers for the provision of medical services to people with IDD and patients with behavioral challenges.
Dr. Sailaja Musunuri, Executive Vice President of Integrative Medicine and Chief of Psychiatry
In her role at Woods, Dr, Musunuri leads and oversees integrative health care both at Woods and across its system of care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of patients needing psychiatric services, managing and approving psychotropic and related medications, creating new and innovative programs and services, bolstering current clinical models and modalities, conducting medication reviews, and developing strong relationships with funders and Managed Care Organizations to ensure compliance and programmatic integrity.
Dr. Musunuri received her M.D. from Siddartha Medical College at Nagarjuna University in Vijayawada, India. She completed residencies in Adult Psychiatry at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Ill., and Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She also held a Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Drexel. She resides in Chester Springs, Pa.
Julia D. Pfister, PHR – Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Pfister’s responsibility is to provide vision for and lead all functions of the Human Resources department. She holds a Master’s degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from American University and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Before coming to Woods in 2001, Ms. Pfister served as Senior Consultant Human Resources Manager for Comsys Information Technology Services.
Roy Leitstein, MS – Executive Vice President of Behavioral Healthcare
Mr. Leitstein provides the strategic direction and administrative oversight of the Woods System of Care behavioral health. This includes preventing, diagnosing, and treating mental illness or trauma and substance use disorders.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Services. He began his career in social services while serving in the United States Army and volunteering for the Exceptional Family Member Program. Since its inception, Mr. Leitstein has served as Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Treatment Services. As a part of the Woods System of Care, Legacy is a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving more than 16,000 people annually and operates over 70 programs across New Jersey.
Scott Spreat, Ed. D. – Vice President of Evaluation and Research
The Woods National Research and Evaluation Center, led by Dr. Scott Spreat, has been developed to promote and conduct policy related research. Work is done both independently and collaboratively with other research organizations. In addition to conducting research, the mission of the Center is to help inform decision-makers who have an impact on policy and legislation that affect the people served by Woods. He has been a valued member of our Woods team since joining us in 1992 as the Administrator of Clinical Services. He was responsible for designing, opening and running our Woodlands program and served as its Executive Director before being promoted to Vice President for Behavioral Health in 2005.
In recent years, Dr. Spreat has been our key liaison with Harrisburg legislators and lobbyists and serves on the board of PAR (Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disability). He was a member of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disability’s Terminology and Classification Task Force and served in the work group that developed the definition of Intellectual Disability.
Dr. Spreat received his doctorate in Educational Psychology and is a licensed psychologist who worked for Temple University’s Woodhaven Center, conducting research, directing the clinical services department, and serving as the Executive Director of the 284-bed program before coming to Woods.
